add submap on rviz did not execute map merge. #531

Steps to reproduce issue

Execute add submap on rviz.

Expected behavior

Submaps will be added.

Actual behavior

Not received on merge_maps_kinematics side

Additional information

Addsubmap on rviz did not execute map merge. I checked the source code and noticed that the names /slam_toolbox/merge_submaps and /slam_toolbox/add_submap did not match.
