Drop in Comment Migration #36

Allow for end-users to simply copy/paste their existing comments from Meerkat for Statamic 2 to a Statamic 3 installation.

Account for users migrating their content using the Migrator (id's, etc.)

New version will require the use of the YAML Content block, instead of embedding the comment's content as a comment property. A migration tool will be available to assist.

Users that use https://github.com/statamic/migrator should have no issue simply copy and pasting their content/comments directory into an already migrated site.
