Hello, I was just wondering which audio codec board you used for this project. I saw your video on youtube and am interested in the project. The schematics are otherwise very helpful.

Thank you

Hi, i used a custom designed board around a cs4270 codec, specifically for guitar i added a hi-z preamp stage. The gerber files are in the repo if you want to order a pcc for yourself.

Hi, thank you for sharing the project! I have tried to build the preamp board and I can't find the component for U4 and U5, it stated it is 78M05 for U4 and U5 but I can't find this size of 78M05. Could you tell me the type of the component for U4 and U5? Thank you so much.

Thank you for our interest in this project! For U4 and U5 you can use any SOT-23-3 (three pins) linear regulator. In my first batch i used the AP2120N for U4 and MCP1792T for U5.

the oscillator that drives the cs4270 what frequency should it provide? Great project! I have already ordered the pcb and the 4270, only have the osc left. Cheers and Thanks! Fredrik
