Can't copy and paste text because you can't turn off shortcuts graphical menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run mobileterminal
2. touch the screen to try to copy text or paste
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
apple's cut copy paste doesn't work. You should allow ability to turn off 
shortcuts menu
from a button or something otherwise it interferes with iOS functionality

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.2 iPhone 3gs

I am not sure if I understand what the problem is.  How isn't it working? Do 
you mind adding some more details? what is the shortcuts graphical menu?

Shortcuts menu is mobileterminal's graphical square thingy when you want to get 
into config.
A good idea is to allow a swipe in a certain direction to turn off or on this 
shortcuts menu. Even a button for the newbies that does this would be good.

Apple's iPhone is allows basic selecting, copying, pasting, and deleting text. 
You should have mobileterminal interface with these messages so that people can 
cut copy and paste.  
If you don't understand just use the yellow notepad app and do text selection, 
then copy, then paste.  Mobileterminal's screen should work the same way.  If 
not, at least provide ability to paste text from clipboard.

I am running the latest version from cydia. There is no later version I see 
from there. How do you actually install 426 from cydia? Do I need to add a 
special repository?  The graphical shortcut should be called pie I guess that 
is how you guys call it. Is there an official name for it?
