Single Character Command Prompt #176

This is an enhancement suggestion.

There should be an option to use a default, single character prompt, instead of 
the long prompt we see now that consists of...

Name-iPhone:~ mobile$

The screen is small enough as is without having most of the realestate eaten by 
the command prompt. It'd be better if we saw:

You can create a file in your home directory called .profile and configure your 
own prompt if you do not like the given default.

I noticed that ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile are not loaded on bash startup.
