Page dots do not appear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open MobileTerminal
2. Look where the page dots should be, just above the keyboard
3. Notice that the page dots are nonexistent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was kinda hoping to see some page dots, especially since I can tap that area 
and switch pages. It just doesn't show which page I'm currently on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r453, iPod2,1, iOS 4.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I see them in the iPhone and iPad simulators, just not on the actual device.

Anyone else seeing this issue? Any other comments about the devices affected 
would be appreciated (I don't even own an iOS 4 device so I rely on the 
simulators)
