Steps to Reproduce: Select the deed you want to sell, wait a few second and the deed will switch back to your homestead. You need to submit the deed really quick for it to work. Second bug, the bank account link to the deeds for sale always return to your personnal account, even if you try to set it to something else. Just quit the table, wait a few minutes and when you return on it, it's set to your account.
