How conserved is the C-terminus-B pocket? #34

We make a comment in the wiki that the Nsp13 RNA binding site is the most conserved site across the SARS-CoV-2 "pocketome".

Comparatively, how conserved is the site relevant to this project, the C-terminus-B site? Would be good to know this to help with the rationale behind targeting it, aside from the binding of fragments.

Could someone find out, or ask Matthieu, and then update the wiki?

Hi @kipUNC - here's the question about how conserved the Site 3 pocket is, as mentioned in the meeting (#33). If you could post some info on your analysis, that'd be awesome, so that we can clarify the rationale for selecting this site, above the fact that a fragment cluster bound.
