What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to use volume control fith fn -> doesn´t work
2.aktivate control withoute fn
3.trying again -> doesnt wort either

What language do you use?
German

What keyboard layout do you use?
qwertz (germen)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2008.09.17
on windows 7 x64

Got it working by checking "I use Vista" ;)
