Stuck modifier keys #66

I am seeing stuck modifier keys at various times.

Apple BT wireless KB without number pad. Windows 7 current release and 
everything. Office 2013B.

After Alt-Tabbing sometimes a modifier will get stuck. You can tell because 
typing in Excel will cause crazy things to happen. 

Workaround: press fn, ctrl, act, command, and it will fix itself.

Currently, I do not see a reproducible pattern for this issue.

have got same truble. Try to disable all "Win" key redefenitions
