Install failed on Win7, then uninstall but Bluetooth stopped working #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on Win7 Enterprise running on Dell Lat E6330
2. Reboot, function keys don't work
3. Uninstall, reboot, bluetooth devices all stop working on Dell

What language do you use?
English

What keyboard layout do you use?
QWERTY Apple wireless

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7, build as of 4/5/13
