Adding camera mounts to Polytechnic printers #93

I have started printing camera arms and mounting points for the webcams expected in over the next few weeks.

Using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477180/files and printing in black PLA.

Roadblocked- we have ordered some fresh new Filament which will arrive in the next few days, the polytechnic printers seem to be hellbent on self destruction- One of the printers managed to disconnect its bowden tubing and create a huge mess

@Hayden-McD has been contracted in using his printer to mass-produce the Raspberry Pi cases that will attach to the frame of the printer. We are currently experiencing issues with the size of the Cases- we suspect that the parts have shrunk once they were finished printing. We are overcoming this by printing examples at 102% scale, and upwards if the extent of the shrinkage is higher than that.

Myself and @Hayden-McD have been printing parts almost every day non-stop- dialling in settings and waiting for new filament to arrive. We can now reliably spit out parts for the camera mounts and the Pi cases. Final assembly will take place once some bolts that have been ordered by Rob arrive in the next few days.

I have one example totally complete and fully functioning. The Raspberry Pi is safely stored in a case bolted to the base of the printer, the camera is mounted on an arm and oriented to where the end user can observe a generous portion of the build surface, and the web interface is snappy and responsive. I am now working on end user documentation so that this project can be replicated easily on other printers.
