Bug: after fixing the phone-screens, some new issues have arisen

1. the confirm page for loading/saving shows up under the phone - closing down the phone works to get this shown and you can then click it, ofc - perhaps just add these to the actual phone screen
2. the gallery images when shown in full-screen shows up behind the phone - this can be fixed by adding them to a top layer, though
3. When calling/talking the window show up under the phone - I might have to trick this one a bit (perhaps use a secondary z-order or layer call for these)
