Refactor uri handling, fix double button in remote directories

open_terminal_in_uri that supports remote uris replaces open_terminal_in_filename
remote directories will have only the "open remote terminal" menu item instead of both remote and non-remote
do not require_version("Nautilus", ...), python-nautilus already does it before the plugin loads
menu item namespace is now unique to this project, which matches the python-nautilus examples

and maybe rebase so the python 3.12 job is fixed.
