Add caja support #122

The extension already works with caja, the only thing left is to update the installation scripts. Caja expects extensions in /usr/share/caja-python, should we install to both directories or somehow let the user pick which file managers should be installed?

the naming does not really fit with nautilus-open-any-terminal, but that is okayish.

I think we should install it in both folders. Otherwise we get the feature request to have it installed for both file managers.

so I did test the nautilus part.
