This adds a permissions for each page of the faction menu and only shows the page in the navbar on the left, if the players rank has the permission to view the page.
Currently I'm not satisfied with the look of th manageRank window with all the permissions just listed below each other. I envision something that is more structured. If you've got any idea for that feel free to suggest it here, or create a pr for my branch.
