The target of the update was the DevConsole that got partially revamped, which was enough to break QModManager's config. also got a chance to update the game versions.
Edit: Included a fix for SN1.exp branch. Contains the builds for both games: QModManager_4.2.2_Installer.zip QModManager_4.2.2_Manual.zip
