Can we change the wording from the old tax lien document? #35

Must we keep the same wording from the old tax lien document? For example, the option to pay what you owe is a more verbose way of saying it, along the lines of “claims the right to redeem the title by paying…” May we simplify?

ANSWER FROM 6/25/24 MEETING W/ TRIAL CT LEADERSHIP: Wording can be changed, but Court leadership will need to have these edits approved.

When finished, give the decisionmaker a document showing old v. new working to approve.
