I'd like a second eye to look this over #51

Changes:

Added a new GUI API (Said API is required for the launcher to work)
Added a progress bar for file downloading
Added dialogue box for update confirmation

DO NOT CLICK YES TO UPDATE. IT WILL BREAK EVERYTHING.. jk. It will delete the new version -- but still, don't!
