Filter email addresses from papertrail logs

Omar our logs aren't visible to people who aren't logged into papertrail

@Tuuleh, I know. It's just that we don't have control over those logs, nor do papertrail offer 2fa. It's another venerability I'd like for us to better manage.

But imo we really kind of need the email address in the logs. We get error reports about individual members performing action x and running into unexpected issues from member services all the time. The way we find them in the log feed right now is by searching by their email addresses.
