Add translations to add-ons #2

Now that add-on translations are picked up, we should add all translations on transifex into these add-ons. That involves adding the po files inside the add-on package and updating the 0_4_0 index.

Make sure to keep versions for 0.3.5 and 0.4.0 intact.

Actually, one add-on for each language should be sufficient. You can find the src structure for these in the german-language-addon file.
