Summary

I don't have a specific solution to offer but I think we should rethink the UX of the homepage to inspire more users to create a project.

We could run some design & copy experiments here.

Recommendations from our recent developer survey:

[ ] Change "For quick start, check out this video" copy (that's not a quick start)

Motivation

Looking at the app's analytics, only ~50% of visitors create a project.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keep as is
Automatically drop homepage visitors into the "Hello World" template? They could still get to other projects by using the "New project" within the IDE
