[Feature Request] Add Users Accounts on web login #298

Open coldiak opened 2 years ago

coldiak commented 2 years ago

What feature should be added to Tachidesk?

add the feature of user accounts

it would be great to have users accounts, to login on the acces to the web server

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

my son and i are manga readers and both have the tachiyomi app in each tablet, but sometimes we read on our iphones, (Komga server) it would be great to have the manga reading centralized on one app

thanks

It's possible to have multiple users access the same library, but making it work with multiple libraries will take a huge redesign and rewrite of the app

Have the login feature finished? I click the Open Site button and login, but still can't see the purchased chapters

i believe for some extensions you gotta restart the server after inputting details though that issue is completely separate from this issue

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the original issue but I thought it was asking about allowing user creation on the server so that multiple users could login instead of providing only a single set of credentials to anyone accessing the app from their client or the web UI?

This would be similar to how Komga allows multiple user accounts where the main admin account is separate.
