Add startup script patch for downloadsPath #96

Added a quick patch to add alternative Downloads path directory location, the server var existed but it was not supported in the startup script. Ended up being useful to me for hosting on my NAS as I could store my downloads separately

I looked through the past PRs #70 #68 and this was intentionally left out. Don't fully understand why so, but that's fine. I can do a workaround
