[ ] Create terms of service using something like Termly or TermsFeed
[ ] Copy the privacy policy from here and make it look good
[ ] Create a "supplemental agreement for submissions" that states that users have legal rights to the joke and they're granting JokeAPI an irrevocable, perpetual license to the joke.
