Is it possible to make the main screen larger in DS and 3DS emulation? This way, the main screen is large and the less interesting screen is small. In MelonDS or Lime3DS, for example, this works.

No, there isn't a way to edit/select the screen layout you want, there is only the option to keep the screens the same size, at least I haven't find a way to make the upper screen bigger.
