SBOL3 Range has buggy metadata links #734

Test case missing, since the previous page doesn't have good links, so it might just be a link issue.

Range is now tested, and seems to be working, needs more robust testing

Link is showing undefined, but the metadata is still linking to Object object. Also, similar to #725, tables are not showing up.
