Poverty (the replacement for You Hunger, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24712), has a zEdit patcher (https://github.com/Elscrux/Poverty-by-evrymetul-Automated-xEdit-zEdit-Patcher/releases) but its slow and limited by zEdit.
The approach Poverty takes is begging for a synthesis patcher. Thanks for considering it.
