Support for Silex 2.* #54

Would be awesome to have this up and running for Silex ^2.0.

Is there any plans to make an upgrade to that version?

Sorry for the long silence. I am currently finishing the rewrite of the application featuring a better architecture and a new design.

This also includes an update of all dependencies. I'll look into Silex 2, thanks for the heads up.
