feat: add data

Main improvements in this PR:

• Upload ortholog pairs from Alliance of Genomes v3.1.1
• Mouse-specific reactions and metabolites in .tsv format
• Provide MSigDB gene sets by replacing with corresponding mouse genes according to ortholog pairs from Alliance of Genomes

The added files look like the output of some code, and it's not obvious what that was, which makes these files not obvious to reproduce.
