feat: add model generation code #3

Main improvements in this PR:

Add code for the reconstruction of Mouse-GEM through using Human-GEM as template

I hereby confirm that I have:

Thinking of the files referenced in the script, perhaps it might be easier to follow if all code and data that achieve a capability are added together.

it does appear to be a good idea. Will combine code and data together in the next PR for generating the model files.
