Move this line of text immediately either above or immediately below the Partners heading on the home page

Glycerine received investment from the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) as part of the HASS and Indigenous RDC CDL project. The ARDC is funded by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS).

Switch the order of partners to be ARDC, IIIF, Power Institute and then Annotorious

I have reorderd the Partners. To include the text I will need to redesign the 'Partners' section.
