Linked older issue. Need to check with Shadi & Tom about implementation and parameterization:

Allow for individual LCs to be treated within a cell rather than whole cells?
Target cutting effects on larger individuals?
Cutting delays fruiting rather than killing? More realistic, but can't parameterize well and also probably little effect because of the seed bank (difference of 1-2 years max before at K again)
