Penpa-edit is more flexible than pzprv3 format. If this issue is finished, #14, #35, #36, #37, #38 and #39 will be closed.

All puzzles are converted into penpa+ format.
We are going to polish the codes.

Updated: gokigen(slant) and firefly (hotaru beam) are compatible with puzz.link/penpa+ std format now.

gokigen format may be tweaked better to avoid redundant grid_direction to diagonal_line conversion.
