Weaver Footer, when fixed to bottom of page, should not have another element floating over it. #447

This issue was observed in tl-components but the fix may likely need to be here in weaver-components.

While looking at the tl-components demo page and the footer is visible, scroll down and the WYSYWIG hader will appear over the footer. This also happens to the dropdown buttons, which for some reason have a z-index.

The problem is assumed to be z-index related.

dropdown buttons float over sticky footer
