Add local socket support to PicCap UI #55

Addresses https://github.com/TBSniller/piccap/issues/46 and brings the option to set up local socket from PicCap UI.

@tuxuser: Can you please test this out? :)

@rossiniscarface nope it's fine. Until now it wasn't tested. Have changed my setup to HyperHDR and it's running smoothly on my TV since 1 week+ with local socket. So I will merge
