The flight effects and levitation effect do not work with DragonAPI enabled, although in the creative, the levitation effect works as it should.

This issue is not exclusive to this fork. Most likely, it happens due to some invasive coremodding DragonAPI is doing. This is known and will not be fixed on our side.
