Machine Gun, Mortar, Big Mortar and possibly other stationary weaponry will be buffed in one of the three ways: rate of fire, durability (hp), damage. The rocket launcher may not require this buff because of it's huge rate of fire (and, if teamwork is included, infinite ammo thanks to someone else reloading it constantly).
