3. Question: Why is the diagnosis different? Did I make a mistake? Or have I already asked this question but forgotten?

4. Question: In the first encounter, the diagnosis is Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension. But in the subsequent encounter, it appears as Hypertension in all cases. Is it okay?

I beleive that fixes at #1223 (deployed to Nutrition env) should resolve issues reported here. Please retest.

In the first encounter, the Next Steps task appears in the completed tab (in the subsequent encounter, the Next Steps task appears in the "To Do" tab).
