Stalled out SAW until 68 (attached screenshot is in 67, but can confirm issue persists beyond that). Zero radicalization occurs despite several investments into campaign decisions & having maximal default amount of volunteers sent. Zero radicalization from refusing to fully commit forces after Huttig used chemical weapons either. Homefront vital signs are all still very high, see attached screenshot.
