Edit list opens behind program #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag txt file into program and click edit while importing or before list 
refreshes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the edit menu pop up but instead it pops behind the program.  
Actually, the edit menu should probably be disabled until the import is 
finished (All menu items should be disabled).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.994 on Win7 Pro x64
