[dattri.benchmark] Modify MAESTRO exp to fit current structure #67

Description

This PR modifies the original MAESTRO/MT benchmark files to follow the structure of #51

1. Motivation and Context

To organize the current MAESTRO benchmark codes.

2. Summary of the change

make maestro comply with the imagenet structure
remove old script (will be added to current scripts/dattri_retrain)
add a test file to test the utility of maestro_musictransformer functions

Notes:

[ ] TODO: to integrate this exp into the `dattri/scripts/dattri_retrain.py to be another option -> should happen after #51 is merged?

3. What tests have been added/updated for the change?

[x] Unit test: Typically, this should be included if you implemented a new function/fixed a bug.
