Added the ability to make sure all Running WWIV Programs are Closed (bbs.exe, WWIV5TelnetServer, networkb.exe) before allowing update to proceed.
Added the ability to check for default WWIV Installation Directory of C:\wwiv for compatibility. If not default it will abort update.
TODO: Make it scan for non-default installation paths for better flexibility.
