GW embedding #80

This PR makes a couple changes on the GW embedding routine. The main changes include:

  1. Use dlr_wmax and dlr_eps in convert_gw_output()
  2. extracting H0_loc and Delta_time from g_weiss numerically on a DLR mesh.
  3. customized dlr_wmax and dlr_eps for crm_dyson_solver to avoid over-fitting
