Enhanced the readme by adding the following sections:

Table of contents
Contributing
Maintainers

Also, overhauled the features section and added the "Help us test our v3!" section.

@jakubzitny, can you please review this PR? I added the "Help us test the v3" with a small installation instruction, to make it easier to divulge it and getting more people to test the new version.
