created a first version of the navbar suggested by Isabel. This includes:

scaled down focus icons
made focus icons color up when hovering over the focus navbar element or hovering over the dropdown menu
added hover effect in color of focus in the corresponding focus dropdown menu

Please note: When testing please transpile the scss-fils to css to have the most recent version of the css-styles using: "npx webpack"
