On map Gebäudepläne immer laden #223

Wenn ich in der map z.b. von mw zum Mi Gebäude gehe, wäre es praktisch, dass der on map plan vom Gebäude geladen werden würde und nicht nur das vom mw

Translation:

When I go on the map e.g. from the mw to the Mi building, it would be handy, if the on map plan of the building was loaded, not only the one of the mw

I am honestly not entirely sure what is meant, but I understand it as automatically loading the interior building maps when you zoom in another building.

The gist is (I asked the user to use the report feature because I was busy with other stuff at that time 😉): While panning over our map, the user in question would appreciate it if other overlays could pop up, once said building is fully in the view/ the other building is fully out of view.

I think that this is probably not easy and should wait until #200 is fully vetted. (I anticipate that PR is nearly ready for the initial review, but will need a few rounds of reviews after that…).

Also not an high priorty task.
