Added NotUsedInSortBy for DISABLE_ATTRIBUTE_HIERACHIES #37

I found out that when you apply the fix for DISABLE_ATTRIBUTE_HIERACHIES that if a column is used for Sorting and the property is IsAvailableInMDX = false it will not deploy.
