[Feature request] option to flash recourses to 4mb storage of pinetime #2

Hello, The app is great 👍 But I still can't flash the recourses because I don't have Linux installed anymore. My soundcard doesn't support Linux.

Could you add this feature?

I have plans for adding resources transfer, but can't give any ETA at this moment.
