Enhance the chat room

The chat interface still lacks some of the things from Kate's design, this task isn't meant to get all of those items, but ideally will have the following after some of the other ticket items

• [ ] Add icons from Kate
• [ ] Add sound notifications for new messages and new people entering the room
• [ ] Add ring bounce effect on new messages and gray-out over time on staleness (CSS3 - no js/only js to add/remove css classes)
• [ ] Add gray-out over time on staleness for messages
• [ ] Bring in profile pictures from Facebook users
• [ ] Add social media share buttons
• [ ] Add animations for avatar movement when people enter/exit -- shifts the avatars around the circle (CSS3 - no js/only js to add/remove css classes)
• [ ] Add animations on the chat bubbles (CSS3 -no js/only js to add/remove css classes)
